We are seeking experienced Educators & Assessors to support the delivery and development of our teacher training programmes across Reformer, Chair, Barrel, and Mat.
This is not a volume-based role.
We are looking for individuals who care deeply about how teachers are formed—not just certified.
The Role
As an Educator & Assessor, you will:

Deliver high-quality teacher training sessions within your area of expertise

Observe and assess trainee teachers with clarity, fairness, and depth

Provide detailed, constructive feedback that develops confident, capable instructors

Uphold the educational standards and philosophy of Evrimotion
-
Support trainees through their learning journey with professionalism and integrity

Who We’re Looking For
You are not just an instructor—you are a teacher of teachers.

Minimum 3–5 years teaching Pilates (Mat and Reformer essential; other apparatus desirable)

Experience mentoring or training instructors (preferred)

Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement quality

Excellent communication and observational skills
-
A refined teaching presence and attention to detail

Alignment with a high-standard, non-volume approach to education
