Service Description

This 130-hour Mat Pilates Instructor Training is built on anatomy, biomechanics and the principles of Pilates — designed to produce teachers who understand why the body moves, not just how to cue a repertoire. Delivered at our Leeds Dock studios, the training combines in-person teaching weekends with structured independent learning, guiding you from foundational anatomy through to confidently leading your own classes. What you need to complete: • 3 in-person practical weekends • 20 hours pre-course self-practice • 10 hours observation of a qualified teacher • 20 hours of teaching practice • 20 hours of self-mastery • Marked & assessed lesson plan • Written anatomy examination • Practical teaching exam Upon successful completion of all requirements, you will earn the Evrimotion Mat Pilates Certification — a UK-recognised professional qualification aligned with leading industry bodies and held to a global gold standard — enabling you to teach both private and group Mat Pilates classes. Led by Ebru Evrim — pathology scientist, Polestar-trained comprehensive practitioner, and educator to 170+ graduates teaching across the UK.
