Teacher Training Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all teacher training and continued professional development programmes provided by Evrimotion, a sole trader business operated by Ebru Evrim (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in any course, you (“the Student”) agree to the following terms.
1. Enrolment & Acceptance

Enrolment is confirmed only once the required payment (either full payment or deposit) has been received.

Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment where necessary.
2. Fees & Payment
a) Course Fees
-
Course fees are outlined at the time of enrolment and may be subject to change for future intakes.
Fees include tuition, associated course materials, and final assessment, unless otherwise stated.
b) Full Payment
-
Students may choose to pay the full course fee upfront.
-
Full payment secures a place immediately.
c) Payment Plans
-
Interest-free payment plans may be available depending on the enrolment date.

A deposit is required to secure your place (see Section 3). The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the course start date.

If enrolment occurs within 30 days of the course start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

By agreeing to a payment plan, the Student commits to paying the full course fee in accordance with the agreed schedule, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.
3. Deposit & Non-Refundable Fees
-
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the course fee is required to secure a place.
-
This deposit is deducted from the total course fee, with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days before the course start date.
-
Any administration, registration, or booking fees are non-refundable.
-
Course materials, manuals, digital content, and access to online platforms are non-refundable once issued.
4. Late or Missed Payments
-
All course fees must be paid in full before the course commencement date in order to attend.
-
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in loss of place and/or cancellation of enrolment.
-
In such cases, all payments made remain non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
a) Cooling-Off Period
-
In accordance with UK consumer law, Students may cancel within 14 days of booking, provided that
-
the course has not started, and
-
no course materials or digital content have been accessed
-
-
The deposit remains non-refundable.
-
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
b) Cancellation Before Training Starts (After Cooling-Off Period)
-
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a refund of fees paid, minus the deposit and any administration fees.
-
Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
c) Once Training Has Started
-
No refunds will be issued once training has commenced under any circumstances.
d) Transfers & Deferrals
-
At our discretion, a Student may be offered a one-time transfer or deferral to a future cohort.

Transfers:
-
must be for the same course
-
are subject to availability
-
are typically valid for up to 12 months
-
may incur an administration fee
-
-
No refunds will be issued in place of a transfer or deferral.
e) Exceptional Circumstances
-
In exceptional cases (e.g., serious medical issues), supporting documentation may be required.
-
Any adjustments remain at our discretion and do not guarantee a refund.
f) Courses at Our Partner Studios
-
Courses delivered at our partner studios may be subject to additional venue-specific requirements.
-
Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before the course start date.

All cancellation and refund terms outlined in these Terms & Conditions apply.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Student, including travel or accommodation, in the event of rescheduling or cancellation.
g) Cancellation by Us
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
-
Where no suitable alternative is available, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
-
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Student.
6. Attendance, Completion & Certification
-
Certification is awarded only when all of the following have been successfully completed:
-
full attendance requirements
-
all required coursework and assessments
-
full payment of course fees
-
-
Students must attend a minimum of 90% of all scheduled training hours to be eligible for certification.
-
Missed sessions may need to be made up at an additional cost.
-
Students are also required to complete additional learning components outside of scheduled training, which may include:
-
self-practice hours
-
observation hours
-
teaching practice
-
-
Full details will be provided within the course.
-
Enrolment on a course does not guarantee certification.
-
We reserve the right to withhold certification if required professional, practical, or safety standards are not met.

If a Student does not pass the final assessment on the first attempt, they may retake it within 12 months (subject to a re-assessment fee).
-
If assessments are not successfully completed within this timeframe, partial or full re-enrolment may be required.
-
Access to online course materials and platforms is provided for a period of 3 months from the course start date, unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
-
All manuals, videos, coursework, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Evrimotion.
-
Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Health & Personal Responsibility
-
The Student confirms they are physically and mentally fit to participate in training.
-
Participation is at the Student’s own risk.
-
We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during training.
9. Code of Conduct
-
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
-
We reserve the right to remove any Student whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
10. Changes to Course Content
-
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, schedules, location, or delivery format where necessary, without affecting the overall learning outcomes.
11. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
