For your safety and to help you get the most from your class, please read the following before attending:
Grip socks are required for all Reformer and Apparatus Pilates classes for safety and hygiene.
New to Reformer Pilates?
If you are a complete beginner, we highly recommend attending our Intro to Reformer class before joining a regular Reformer class.

Before your class
Please let your teacher know before the session if you have any injuries, health conditions, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or if there is anything that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, particularly if it is your first visit, so your teacher can help you get settled and familiar with the equipment.
For safety, please follow your teacher's instructions when adjusting springs, moving equipment or using the Reformer and Pilates apparatus.
