PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
IN-STUDIO
Three intensive training weekends in Harrogate (10:00–17:00), covering mat Pilates technique, supervised teaching practice, postural assessment, and clinical reasoning.
SELF-DIRECTED
Structured hours of personal practice, qualified teacher observation, and independent teaching practice — supported by functional anatomy study, a written exam, and an assessed lesson plan.

WHO IS THIS FOR
This programme is designed for those beginning their professional Pilates journey — whether you are new to the fitness industry or transitioning from another career. No prior teaching experience is required.
You will be guided progressively through Pilates principles, functional anatomy, teaching methodology, and full mat repertoire. By graduation, you will have the confidence and competence to teach safely and professionally across all client levels.
