Total Hours: 130 hours (in person, assignments, teaching practices)

Format: 3 training weekends (9 am-5 pm)

Course Structure & Requirements
To qualify, participants must complete the following:

3 in-person practical weekends

20 hours of pre-course self-practice

10 hours observation of a qualified Pilates teacher

20 hours of teaching practice

Marked & assessed lesson plan
-
Written anatomy exam
-
2-hour practical teaching exam
Upon successful completion, you will earn the EvrimMotion Pilates Mat Certification, recognised by top industry bodies. This certification allows you to teach both private and public Pilates Mat classes.
