This 28-hour intensive training (4 days) covers the complete Cadillac repertoire from beginner to advanced levels, helping instructors expand their expertise in studio apparatus and confidently teach the Trapeze Table to a wide range of clients.

What You Will Master

The Intensive Cadillac module prepares you to confidently teach exercises on the Cadillac Trapeze Table across all levels, from beginner to advanced.

By the end of the course, you will be able to refine private and small group training programmes, adapting exercises to meet a variety of clients’ mobility, strength, rehabilitation, and conditioning goals.

The training is built around the foundation of 64 exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates for the Cadillac Trapeze Table, combined with contemporary teaching approaches that support safe and effective movement.

Spaces: Limited to 8 participants
Entry Requirements

You must: Hold a recognised Mat Pilates Teacher Training Certificate (mandatory)

Have at least 12 months of teaching experience in movement disciplines such as Pilates, yoga, dance, gymnastics, or personal training (proof required)

Have foundational movement anatomy knowledge, supported by relevant qualifications, CPD certificates, or course transcripts

Have a minimum of 10 hours of observation and a minimum of 10 hours of practice teaching Pilates
EvrimMotion Mat Pilates Graduates
If you’ve completed our Mat Pilates Teacher Training, you meet the prerequisite requirements and may progress directly onto the Cadillac training. Once enrolled, you will receive a logbook to record your Reformer class attendance.
If you book close to the start date and are unable to complete 20 classes in time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Certificate Options & Costs
The Mat Pilates course is a prerequisite for the Cadillac Pilates training. All students need to complete their Mat Pilates course and fulfil the required teaching hours before joining the Cadillac Pilates teacher training.
These hours support the integration of the repertoire into real teaching environments and help instructors build practical teaching confidence.
