Service Description

This Reformer Pilates Teacher Training is designed for qualified Mat Pilates teachers and professionals such as physiotherapists and movement professionals ready to extend their teaching to the Reformer — with the same anatomy-led, principle-based approach that defines everything we teach at Evrimotion Academy. Rooted in Pilates, anatomy and biomechanics, this training goes beyond learning a repertoire. You'll come to understand the Reformer as a teaching tool: how spring resistance changes load and demand, how to select and adapt exercises for the body in front of you, and how to move a class safely and confidently through transitions. What you'll cover: Reformer set-up, springs and safety Classical and contemporary repertoire from beginner to advanced Classical transitions and flow Cueing and hands-on guidance Programming for group classes and individual clients Adapting for common conditions and restrictions Delivered in person at our Leeds Dock studios on professional-grade Reformers, with small group numbers to ensure close mentorship and plenty of hands-on equipment time. Led by Ebru Evrim — pathology scientist, Polestar-trained comprehensive practitioner, and educator to 170+ graduates teaching across the UK. Entry requirements: a recognised Mat Pilates qualification (Level 3 or equivalent), or a relevant professional background such as physiotherapy or movement science — contact us to discuss your eligibility. Evrimotion graduates receive priority booking. All Reformer Teacher Trainings run between 09:00–17:00. Detailed daily schedules are provided at course commencement.
