This alf day workshop is for reformer instructors ready to go deeper into the classical repertoire.
 

We return to the source — Joseph Pilates' original exercises — and work through the advanced reformer repertoire with a focus on precision, intention and the principles that make classical Pilates what it is. This is not about making things harder for the sake of it. It's about understanding the work at a deeper level and teaching it with integrity.
