Four consecutive days of intensive hands-on training, covering the complete Cadillac repertoire from beginner to advanced, with supervised teaching practice throughout.
APPROACH
Classical Pilates foundations combined with contemporary movement science — equipping instructors to teach the Trapeze Table across private sessions, small groups, and rehabilitation contexts.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This CPD is designed for qualified Pilates instructors who have completed Mat or Reformer Pilates teacher training and are ready to expand into full studio apparatus teaching. All requirements are self-declared.
